Une pratique de Yin Yoga guidée par Sébastien Leseigneur, accompagnée des sons des bols chantants par Nicolas Monguzzi Les postures de Yin Yoga, tenues dans la douceur, sont accompagnées par les vibrations des bols chantants qui favorisent le relâchement et soutiennent une présence plus profonde au corps. L’approche Sounds of Yoga d’Emilie Hess propose une expérience immersive où le son enrichit la pratique et ouvre un espace de calme, de perception et de lâcher-prise. Cette séance de 1h30 invite à ralentir, à écouter et à ressentir.
